Chethan Prakash is an alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a real estate strategist with hands-on experience across land procurement, project development, portfolio management, and legal resolution.
He founded AIKYAM after seeing how often valuable land and capital get stuck due to poor coordination, unclear advice, and unresolved risks. AIKYAM was created to bring clear thinking, proper structuring, and reliable execution into one system, so decisions lead to real results.
